| Imported material to be exhibited at SINPRODE 2011 |
We inform the exhibitors that the goods to be exhibited at SINPRODE 2011 coming from abroad are comprehended within the “Temporary Import Regime” (art. 31 of the Customs Code Regulations – Decree No 1001/82)
For customs clearance purposes, we highly recommend exhibitors to seek a customs agent's intervention and assistance. SINPRODE 2011 organization does not provide this service. However, in order to simplify the procedures, the Ministry of Defense will start formal proceedings at the Argentine Customs (www.afip.gov.ar/aduana) based on all companies that may previously convey their need to enter into the country exhibition material.
Imported goods may be temporarily stored at the Ministry of Defense bonded warehouse.
The following companies have offered to provide customs clearance services (at the contracting party’s expense) . Such companies are not related in any way to the Ministry of Defense or to SINPRODE organization, and their names are provided for information purposes only.
